Coach Toni’s passion for health and fitness started at an early age when he started his martial arts training. After becoming the two-time European and World Champion, Coach Toni spent time studying Kung Fu at the distinguished and renowned Shaolin Temple in China. Coach Toni understands the mechanics and fundamental discipline required to be successful in mind and body transformation! Coach Toni also earned his PRO card in the natural bodybuilding federation in 2023 and won multiple contests and still currently competing at a PRO level.

Coach Toni has over 25 years of experience working with clients and witnessing their transformations, and during that time he has had the pleasure of successfully coaching over 800 clients.
A special highlight of his career includes working as a coach behind the scenes for the ABC hit television show, “Extreme Makeover – Weight Loss Edition” for seasons 1 and 2.
